ABS Sheet is a combination of three different materials Acrylonitrile, Butadiene, and Styrene, each giving its own set of useful properties. ABS provides an optimum balance of tensile impact strengths. It features easy of forming, excellent toughness and rigidity and is particularly good for deep draw vacuum forming for products likely to receive abuse in the form of knocks, scuffing and scratching. ABS also has ecellent chemical resistance.
This engineering polymer demonstrates a similar performance to HIPS in its formability and versatility but, in addition, provides a much higher impact strength, rigidity, durability and better chemical resistance. It is available in smooth and embossed finishes.

Packing :Use PE film as inner packing first. Second we use 3 layer composite film ( water resistant) as middle packing. Then use transparent PE film again as outer packing.
